The service begins with the completion of a client questionnaire which helps us identify the client's needs, colour and style preference, budget, lifestyle etc.

The questionnaire is followed by a visit to the client's home which allows us to become acquainted, review the space and determine the areas to be focused on.  This appointment lasts for approximately two hours.

Upon completion of the planner, which should normally be within two weeks, we will meet again to go over the colour scheme and floor and lighting plan and list of all of the retailers and services best suited to the client's budget and requirements.  A third visit focuses more detailed attention on fabric, paper and specific areas if required.
